THE Federation of Muslim Women’s Associations in Nigeria (FOMWAN) has applauded the Federal Government on the release of 21 of the abducted Chibok girls from the captivity of Boko Haram terrorist group


THE Federation of Muslim Women’s Associations in Nigeria (FOMWAN) has applauded the Federal Government on the release of 21 of the abducted Chibok girls from the captivity of Boko Haram terrorist group, saying the development was evident of government’s genuine commitment to ensuring security of lives and property in the country. The group called on the Federal Government to expedite action on the full rehabilitation and education of the released girls. “Their education, safety and well-being should be top priority. This would give the abducted girls and their parents the continuous assurance and confidence needed to understand that their abduction and freedom was a great sacrifice in the struggle of fighting against
